An hour is the unit of time deducted from your balance when you use our services. The base price is €25/hour for standard services and €80/hour for Realtime services. The final consumption depends on the service and the number of languages you select.

Each additional language consumes more hours from your balance. Higher plans make better use of each hour thanks to more efficient multipliers and better Realtime prices.

Yes. In Prepaid and Standard, extra hours cost €25/hour. In Pro they cost €90/hour and in Enterprise €85/hour (Realtime services). Plus, extra hours never expire.

Realtime services (real-time interpreter, real-time subtitles, broadcast room, avatar interpreter) work in real-time and are only available in Pro and Enterprise. Standard services (transcription, dubbing, subtitles, avatar speaker, document translation) process files and are available in all plans.

Enterprise includes: 25h Realtime/month, rooms up to 100 users, customization with your branding (logo, colors), multi-user team management and 24/7 dedicated support.

In Prepaid, the balance doesn't expire. In subscription plans (Standard, Pro, Enterprise), included hours don't accumulate from one month to another, but you can always buy extra hours.
